Description

1.Introduction

The main function of flux content as follows: assist to heat conduction, remove oxide and oil fouling on the surface of base metal and solder, reduce surface tension of welding material, increase welding area, prevent re-oxidation, etc. According to customer’s different demand and application, flux can customized accordingly.

Silver brazing flux

SFB-101 , Powder form. Used in the temperature range 550-750ˇć to coordinate silver solder, Soldering of copper, copper alloys, steel and stainless steel etc . It can effectively remove a variety of metal oxides, and to promote solder overflow.

SFB-102 , Powder form. Used in the temperature range 650-850ˇć to coordinate silver solder, Soldering of copper, copper alloys, steel and stainless steel etc . It can effectively remove a variety of metal oxides, and to promote solder overflow.

Copper brazing flux

SFB-301 , Powder form. Used in the temperature range 850-1150ˇć as fluxing agent to brazing copper, steel and stainless steel.
